With over 14 years of experience in the events industry, Nirali is not just our CEO and founder; she's the visionary who turns dreams into reality. Her unwavering passion lies in collaborating closely with clients and vendor partners to craft unique, personalized experiences. Beyond her role in event planning, Nirali also imparts her expertise by teaching South Asian wedding courses for renowned hotel brands and aspiring wedding planners globally. When she's not creating magical moments, you'll find her nurturing her adorable pup, Olive, or globe-trotting in search of delectable vegetarian cuisine and thrilling adventures. Nirali isn't just your planner; she's your confidant and your best friend all rolled into one!

Lead Planner
Meet Neha Elhence, a lead planner at Nirali Shah Events! Neha is a native of Austin, Texas and began working with Nirali Shah Events back in 2018. Initially, her interests in South Asian weddings began with bridal sari draping while she was in college but she soon was fascinated with much more than pinning saris. With a background in theatre arts, music, dance and business from The University of Texas at Austin, she brings a unique perspective to curating wedding productions but her true passion is in client service. Neha loves to not only organize and execute events, but she dives into the smallest details for each and every couple but ensures their wedding dreams become a reality. Whether it's fixing florals, or an outfit fashion emergency, Neha's got the crafting skills to do it all! Outside of working at NS Events, Neha is a financial planner at Equitable Advisors where she works with clients in the wealth management industry. She loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and bake her famous banana bread! Neha currently resides in Austin with her husband, Ruchir, and beloved orange kitten, Jalebi.
